Dwarfism isn't exactly noticable at birth, but a baby with dwarfism is usually smaller than a normal child both in length and weight. Dwarfism becomes more noticable over time.

Dwarfism is perminate and unlike other growing disorders a person cannot grow out of it. An average adult can grow to be four feet ten inches.
